Cedar plank salmon- Lovin my egg!
Got my shipment from CGS today with my Woo and pizza stones. Used the Woo to do cedar plank salmon and pan roasted brussel sprouts raised direct. Absolutely love that from the time I lit the fire to the time it was ready to cook was just 15 minutes!
Used EVOO with Meat Church Holy Gospel on the salmon and Meat Church Honey Hog Hot on the sprouts. Both turned out great!
