Simple salsa

Smoked some tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, and habanero peppers.
Seasoned with meat church season all. Into the food processor with fresh cilantro, lime juice, and some garlic.
Turned out pretty tasty!

Did you remove the skin from the tomato or just throw it all there right from the grill?

Left the skin on so it blistered and got some color to it, and then threw it all in when blended and chopped for the salsa.
