First Turbo Butt

Cooked my first Turbo butt yesterday because my wife didn't tell me she wanted pulled pork on Sunday until Saturday at lunch. We normally have some ribs, a butt or two, or some other meats in the freezer. I pulled out the 5 LB butt and started letting it thaw. I dry rubbed with dizzy dust and the Game On! Seasoning which I really like the combo. I cooked it at 325-350 degrees until it reached 201 degrees. I did not wrap or anything else. I used a combo of apple and cherry wood smoke. It turned out great! The bark is pretty thick but tasty nonetheless. It had one of the more impressive stalls I've experienced. It reached 185 internal at 4pm and I put it on at 1:30pmish. It slowly dropped from 185 back down to 174 over the course of 1.5 hours. The egg remained steady and she slowly climbed to 201 by about 6:30pm.
