5lbs of Beef Plate Ribs

It's a bit cloudy and overcast so I figured it's a good day to throw down beef plate ribs.  The last ones I tried I ran out of time, so these are started early and I'll let them go till THEY say their done. 

Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.
