Simple lunch fare on the Mini......

I broke out the Mini today to do burgers for lunch.  Kept it really simple. Seasoned with salt, fresh ground pepper, and Cavendar's Greek Seasoning.  Simply posting to say that it always amazes me how even lowly burgers taste so freaking good when cooked on the Egg.  I love to try my hand from time to time with more complex recipes/cooks, but sometimes the basic things are best!!!
