    I had made two eastern Carolina BBQ sauces when I thought I was going to make pulled chicken, plus had prepared sauce by The Bone Doctors we got at Dizzy Pig.

    Today I pulled the remaining chicken off the bone, shredded it by hand, and served it on toasted rolls with leftover roasted veggies that I stuck under the broiler.

    Since I had 3 sauces, we did a taste test. One of mine won. Well not mine, a recipe I found and very minimally modified. My husband liked the sauce so much he put it on his veggies. I was surprised - didn't think he'd like any of the sauces. 

    I forgot to take a photo of the sandwiches. All I have is the start of the taste test. We each had three little piles of chicken to put it on. B1, B2 and BD taped to the bottom of the bowls. Play with your food.
