Pork Belly

With all the recent threads about pork belly, thought I'd give it a try.Cubed and rubbed. About 3 hours at 250. Then foil with butter and brown sugar for 1.5 hours. Glaze and back on for 15 minutes.
Turned out really good. Will be making this again for sure!

Sorry I threw the package away and didn't even really look at the weight. Size wise - I would say it was approximately 8-10" wide and about 22-24" long. Probably around 6 lbs or so. I cut off a chunk probably 8" long to do later as I didn't think it would all fit on my wire rack if I cubed the whole thing.THEBuckeye said:How big a belly? You wouldn't have to put them on a wire rack but it sure made it easy to get them all on and off the Egg.XL BGE
