Just got a new BGE Life Style magazine and saw the EGGtor and am curious if anyone out there can tell me the difference between this and the PlateSetter? Another question is there a way I can rig up using a split grill on my large BGE like on the KJ? Thanks guys and I look forward to my answers. Trust all will have a happy Egg cooking weekend!

I assume you mean the convEGGtor which is their new name for the platesetter. No difference except the terrible new name.
As far as grill configurations, go to the Ceramic Grill Store at https://ceramicgrillstore.com/ and see what they have to offer.

I can see several" Home engineered" configurations on this site. I am most fond of the one using long bolts and wing nuts to hold a second grate and drip pan. Some of these people are quite gifted.Large BGE x2 Now we're cookin' in Dothan Al.
