Peri Peri Chicken revisited

I cooked legs and wings raised direct today. Decided to try the Peri Peri Hot sauce on a few wings and drumsticks. Rubbed with Obie Que Double Strength Garlic Pepper and sifted some corn starch on stop.
My wife thought they were too hot so I
may mix the medium and hot together.


    Does the cornstarch make the skin crispier?

    @JNDATHP - yes, the corn starch will help with crispness.  Another option is to leave the chix uncovered in a fridge over-night.

    I did not have time to ovenight the chicken so I used cornstarch after I applied the rub. Next time I will try overnight again.
