Hotel Recommendations for Eggtoberfest

My wife and I are planning on attending Eggtoberfest for the first time this year.  Looking for suggestions or recommendations for hotels in and around the Stone Mountain area.

Thats a link to the marriott inside the park. That's going to be the nicest place close by. You won't have to pay to enter the park either. There is also a days inn on Hwy 78/park place in stone mtn. Cheaper but you get what you pay for.

@SouthMSEggHead I should have mentioned since you aren't familiar with the park, do not F with the park police. They have nothing better to do than pull people over and give them a hard time. Obey the speed, keep your head in the sunroof and you should be fine.

Grew up with the park literally on the other side of my fence....  Plenty of places to stay on Hwy 78 outside the park and in the general area.  Use one of the apps where you can set a boundary.  Go heavy on the northern side as south is kinda sketchy. 

And agree 100% with not dicking with the park cops....  major chips on their shoulders.
