    Any idea what is the purpose of the circular hole in the cooking grates?

    I think the ability to add lump or wood midcook through the middle hole is outstanding! I figured the small hole was related to some kind of grate lifter.  I wasn't aware of the warmer.  Thanks for letting me know.
