Italian Style Stuffed Crust Pizza...Unbelievably good!

Started with some cuts to the homemade dough...

Then place some dollops of ricotta in the center of the slices...

fold over...

Add homemade sauce, mozzarella, salami, oregano and crushed red pepper...

throw it on the steel at 500 or so for 10 minutes, cut and eat
...
 

This was the best pizza we have ever made.  Make sure to keep some sauce back for dipping the crust.  So good.
