Why not Hot Thighs?  Followed an APL Hot Wings recipe and adjusted using his thighs recipe.  Turned out amazing with his blue cheese dressing!

    Congrats-you are on quite a roll.  Keep it up as your cooks and presentation are top-shelf.  Bet those were  many beers great.
