Jalapeño Poppers, Beef and Chicken Kabobs


Didn't really follow any recipe to stuff the cored out jalapeño halves..just threw these ingredients together:

a pack of cream cheese
a bag of shredded mixed sharp cheddar cheeses
approx a tsp. each of onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and black pepper

Then wrapped them up in thin sliced bacon. Family likes tender instead of crunchy bacon so I pulled these out after 20 minutes of  350-375º indirect heat with a pan of water underneath  then stuck kabobs in at same temp for 30 mins. 

Kabobs were bought ready made at a local grocery store.
