Relieved this thread wasn't really pix of somebody moving a pee bucket. :)

Does this not detail what you need to do? - http://support.photobucket.com/hc/en-us/articles/201892970-Downloading-Albums

i get to the part after compressing the files, hit the final download, then nothing, just stalls, no email or anything. thought it might be firefox, then tried the others, locks up in the same spot. tried the big bucket file, then tried an album with just one pic and nothing

Aren't they already on your PC? Mine all START on my Mac, an app called Photos that comes with the machine. When I use my Nikon and have to load the pics by wired connection, the Mac automatically starts the Photos app and loads the pics. Downloading from my phone means I manually load them into Photos, or I can just store them wherever I want. There's probably a better way, but I haven't bothered to figure it out.

Bottom line is, the only way they would ever get to PB (which I have never used)  or whatever service is to already be on my Mac or phone.

    Or am I misunderstanding?

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Does PB have tech support? Or do they charge $400 for that too?

I googled photobucket $399. Found a ton of articles. Here's the story if anyone's interested.

with all the problems pbucket has had with their site down, locking up etc over the years, why would anyone pay for that service. it hasnt worked right for me for years, a reason i dont post much any more on other forums
