Pork butt/pig shots

Having company for the weekend decided to do pulled pork and some apps. 6.5 lb butt, 250 took about 9 hours. Rubbed with mustard and meat church honey hog. Pig shots and Buffalo chicken sausage to snack on throughout the day

    Looks great.  Did you do the pig shots in the egg at 250 deg?  I always want to cook something nect to the butt, but worried the temp is too low for ABTs or pig shots.

    Thank you! I did, they took a couple hours at 250 but we're great
