finally got a sous vide

omg, what took me so long?

this thing is amazing. got yesterday. have done chicken thighs and skirt steak so far. the skirt was insanely good. have several more things on short list to do

going this weekend to look for a cambro. used stock pot today and yesterday and just not big enough

sous vide tips? favorite things to cook with? ways you have integrated your bge and sous vide for even better results?

    Steaks, obviously!
    But I've had real good luck with beef eye of round - it's a real lean cut that do around 130-135F for about 24hrs then sear on the LBGE.  Makes for some killer roast beef/sandwich slices!
