Nice. I like to cut a couple three lemon slices (paper thin please) and put them on the fish, each one covering a pat of butter. The goodness flows over the top of the fish while cooking. Yum!Michiana, South of the border.

I love the steelhead. Unfortunately most store bought is farm raised.
