Burnt pork belly ends and more

Have been seeing and reading many post about burnt pork belly ends and had to give it a try. Invited the neighbors over for a get together and made these and many other treats from the egg. These are amazing and addictive.  Just like the egg.

Used the following recipe and cherry wood to smoke.

Kept adding to the grill:  fresh polish sausage, bacon wrapped chicken, chicken breast, ribeye and T-bone steaks, corn and zucchini. It was a feast. Neighbors all brought something to add to the table. What a great night. May even add a few new eggers after this.
