Will the Bradley digital meat probe (thermometer)
Work on the Big Green Egg. I've seen the same style with other peoples names on. So I was just wondering.

I haven't heard of a Bradley and don't know if it's any good or how long it will last, but temp is temp. And an egg is just an oven. If it'll work in your Kenmore (or Lacanche =)), it'll work in your egg.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Short answer-yes.  All you need is a rig that will handle the heat from the sensor to the receiver.  I would warp some foil around the wire from the sensor til clear of the BGE and run it over a leg of a platesetter (if you have one).
Great for L&S cooks to see where you are but the end-game there is the feel.  Hot & fast cooks need a quick read instrument.  FWIW-
BTW - welcome aboard and enjoy the journey.  Above all, have fun.
And a side note: this place can lighten your wallet faster than a professional pick-pocket.  Forewarned.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
