Hello I just bought a large BHE a month ago been cooking everything I can find . But needs some in put on Rack of lamb any Recipes

I run raised direct (350-375*F on the dome) to around 130*F. Depending on the size figure around 30-40 minutes to hit the finish-line.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Tagged for futher posts. I really like lamb but Cindy will not eat any meat if it's not burnt/ruined.
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

I cooked rack of lamb a few weeks back.. cooked indirect at 275 for maybe 30 minutes until internal temp was ~115. Then seared until it was 125. Used this recipe as a guide, although didn't do the lollipops.
