Looking for ideas. LBGE seeking 3-4 hour cook using Cyber Q. Need to set it and head out to play a quick round of golf and come home to a delicious meal. Go!

Cube up a pork butt (or use country style ribs) and make pork butt burnt ends. There are lots of posts but here is one from @Hotch where he starts with them pre-cubed.

...once you get back from golf you could sauce them and put them in a pan for 45 minutes or so on higher temp to finish.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
