Tried the 30 20 10 @ 375. Put on racks in fridge overnight seasoned an hour before then dusted with flour. Kept some dry cause GF loves em crispy. I tried Frank's & Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce & SBR won. Thanks @cookingdude555 for the post that I copied...it's a winner.

@Grilltastic Thank you @lousubcap for posting the link...I copied directions from @cookingdude555. They were my best wings ever so I will be doing again.
