enjoying a lazy Sunday by smoking some beef short ribs.

presalted last night.  This morning I lathered with hot sauce and then rubbed them with a 50/50 mix of turbinado sugar and DP red eye express.  Using the FB200 to keep it at 235 with some hickory and cherry chunks.
