3 Lb T-Bone w/pics

Had a chance to do another 48 oz T-bone last night.  Smoked it with Hickory and pecan woods.  Dry rubbed it with Big Bob Gibson's steak and burger rub.  Took it a little more done this time and pulled it from the smoke at 130 degrees internal.   Did reverse sear and voila!  Oh, and we had some loaded sweet potatoes, which I think were pretty much as good as the steak :)
