Reverse sear. Cook it indirect at 300 until the internal is about 110-115. Then let it rest for 10 minutes while you get your egg set up for direct grilling about as hot as you can get. Then toss the steak back on. I like to go 20 seconds per side and flip, repeat 2-3 times depending on how you like the crust. Then remove the steak to a cooling rack and let rest 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
