Grilled Romaine, Corn Salad with Salsa Dressing with a lil Thigh on the Side

Chicken Thighs hit with salt, cumin and Mexican oregano.  On the mini at 350 so not to char 


Corn was was going on the small


Chopped up some red onion and halved some cherry tomatoes. Then took some salsa added some evoo and lime juice, hit it with the stick blender and made a dressing.  While this was happening the Ronaine was getting a lil love on the small 



Plated up with just a little mex blended cheese
