Silverskin found top of the meat on plateribs, trim or no trim?

This is my first time cooking plate rib.  I saw what looks like silver skin over the meat side and was wondering if I should trim it.  I saw other cooks here and nobody mentioned trimming the fat and silver skin on top.

One set of them are now on with silver skin (285 indirect)  

Large BGE, Small BGE, KJ Jr, and a Cracked Vision Kub.
