Spinning my first chicken, set half the box with coal in the back and cooking at 350ish while using one of my new rubs from @milesvdustin - 17st magic dust. Tasted it before application and it was delicious. Now we wait in anticipation. Btw I suck at trussing and need to watch a few YouTube videos. Hope this janky job holds.

Have fun in the monsoon! Good luck.
I just opted out of chicken thighs for a dry recliner and a wet cocktail."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

BGEtisserie chicken is the best, hands down. You'll love it.

Rub was awesome on the chicken and the tisserie delivered perfect chicken. My wife even ate the skin, which she never does on any rotisserie chicken. She's now more excited about it than me. And it was a little juicy. This will be used a lot.

Looks great.
The spit is worth it for whole birds alone.
A quick spray of Zach's is nice for spit birds too.BrandonQuad Cities
