Looks great!. I will be marinating two chops in Walkerswood tonight for tomorrows cook. Last time I reverse seared them, smoked using Pimentowood chips indirect and then seared.

I really like that DP Jamaican Firewalk. I use it on pork chops and especially chicken wings. In fact, I think I'm out and need to order some more!XL BGE, CGS AR & spider, 36" SS Blackstone, SMOBOT - Flower Mound, TX

How hot is the DP Jamaican Firewalk? I have a sample bag that I haven't even opened yet. I'm the only one in my family that even remotely likes spicy food.

@Lowcountrygamecock it's got a pretty good slow burn to it. I have to go easy with it if I'm putting it on something the kids are eating, and they handle a fair amount of spice. I'll usually do some wings heavy with it and then some "mild" with just a dusting for the kids.XL BGE, CGS AR & spider, 36" SS Blackstone, SMOBOT - Flower Mound, TX
