I was at Food Depot earlier today.  They had whole, fresh pineapples for 98 cents!! I bought two and not sure what to do with them.  Please show us your results when you can.  I've cooked one before on Joetisserie with some added cinnamon and Pineapple Head from Dizzy Pig.

I grilled a pineapple today also. Glazed with brown sugar and cinnamon. I pealed and cut in half, about 35-40 mins at 400*

Ive done pineapple plenty of times on the egg but never like that. This is why i love this forum. Always a new way to skin a cat.
