2.5 lb cowboy ribeye and four prime filets for the win yesterday. Camera use, not so much. Just a couple of grill pics. I reverse seared these on the AR and had a ci grid on the woo for searing, worked well.
For sides, I tried two recipes from bon appetit, one was a corn dish that we decided to modify a little bit (turned out great) and serve chilled. We added a little cilantro and crumbled cotija. And I just added a little butter instead of brushing the corn with butter before cutting it off the cob, that seemed silly. The Franks in it was really good, not strong at all, just a nice hint.

We also made this broccoli dish which has promise, but needed something. We grilled the broccoli using a mesh screen instead of using the oven, so good char flavor on it. Seasoning/dressing needs a little work still.

Nice. That corn sounds great. We do something similar but without the cojita and poblano. This will change!

Nice looking stuff.
That corn is almost exactly what I used for a dip I done at some friends house not long ago. Interesting. I just added shredded cheese to the CI skillet to melt with the ingredients and dipped the chip.------------------------------
