Rosemary Garlic Bacon

My buddy wanted to make bacon so we started a batch last week. 2 pork bellies from Costco. 



Smoked it today with some apple and pecan  while putting together some stuff for our shipment to the Soldiers and doing a little work. 



This stuff is awesome. Made BLTs for dinner tonight with homemade bread, a fried egg, pimento cheese, and Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ sauce.
