Peking Duck Wrap

The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.

Both "pancakes" (think moo shu) and soft, slightly sweet buns (both pancakes and buns served steamed and warm) are commonly served in traditional Peking Duck houses (I'm told by fellow duck addicts that the same is true in china that travel there routinely).  Personally, I love it both ways.  The buns really nicely complement the sauce and green onion and build a wonderful flavor with the duck and crispy skin and the pancakes allow the more pure duck flavor to shine through.

Thanks for the info.  So these should work.  Great!  I guess I should have planned ahead and ordered the pancakes ahead of time.  Crossing my fingers as to how this will turn out.

    Thanks again.
