Reverse sear London Broil for sandwiches.

Did a reverse sear London Broil for sandwiches during the week. Took it off at internal temp of 125 and topped it with herb butter and let it sit for awhile. Very tasty, but I should have sliced it a little thinner. Still will be good with some mayo, tomato and sub dressing on a roll.
