Friday night egging - flank steak shrimp veggies

Cooked the flank steak. Then the veggies, then the shrimp, on xl. Everything was great.  Marinade of olive oil orange lime cilantro garlic salt pepper red pepper triple sec and tequila on shrimp and steak.  Just olive oil salt and pepper on red pepper and zucchini.

Did you get an overbearing flavor from the triple sec on the shrimp? I'm just wondering how something with such a heavy flavor profile handles that acid and citrus. How long did it marinade? Curiosity, as always, has the better of me.

Thanks guys.  Triple sec does not overwhelm.  I bet I used less than 1/2 oz.  Have made it a few times now and really like the flavor.  Only marinated for about 2 hours as that's all I had time for.  Used 1 orange. And 3 limes.  Google margarita shrimp and similar recipes come up that you can start with and tweak from there.
