Stuffed and Wrapped Avocado

There must be a name for this cook.  Avocado stuffed with home smoked, aged cheddar cheese, Dizzy Pig Jamaican Firewalk, wrapped in sausage and bacon.  Indirect at 250 for 1 hour plus, then some Bbq sauce.  First cook on my Small after a warranty base replacement and added Rutland gasket.  Credit goes to this guy:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDN5IljTMrc&list=PLoViEZR1huUyC8x0-InNcoIXK3GIxQpp-

Yes, however, next round, more spice all over the avocado...

Nice job.

A friend's wife wants me to cook this one evening. I don't care for avacados, so while it does look nice, I would have no interest in eating it. And if I'm not eating it, then I'm not prepping it (unless it's something for my vegetarian mother).

It turned out very good!  Next time I would add more rub, and try different stuffing, like crème cheese, jalapeno, etc.
