Sous Vide or Blackstone???

Backstory: We had to replace our dishwasher, so, of course, we had to also replace the microwave and stove so everything would "match." The brightside is that I get to leverage this huge purchase into a small purchase...
So, what say you BGE nation, blackstone or sous vide???? Go!

Both.
You can get an Anova and a Blackstone 22" for about $300.
Or you can get an Anova and a 17" Blackstone for about $200.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk -
When our dishwasher died... we replaced the dishwasher. When our microwave died... we replaced the microwave.
If your dishwasher died and that's why you replaced the microwave AND stove... then you need both the sous vide AND the griddle
You'll thank me later.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
Obviously both. But if that is not an option, I would say the sous vide over the blackstone. The sous vide changes everything.

Anova is much easier to store and you can always put cast iron on a grill.XLBGE, LBGE, MBGE, SMALL, MINI, 2 Kubs, Fire Magic Gasser

My vote would be sous vide. You can replicate a griddle using cookware on your Egg, but you can't replicate sous vide. (However, you can replicate sous vide with a good cooler and a little ingenuity.)

Go with black stone! I have both, and I have had my black stone for 5 years and it's still going strong
