    @Dredger it was delicious.  There was just a hint of mild smoke - no complaints from my beautiful wife who doesn't especially like smoke flavor.  Thanks again for the recipe.

    Looks great @buzzvol. Glad your wife enjoyed it. Hubby will not touch meatloaf unless it is done on the egg. Very happy to share the recipe. One of the great things about this forum is that everyone shares the knowledge. This is our 19th year egging and I still learn something new all the time from the folks here.
