Beginning of Stuffed Poblanos

Found a local Hispanic Market that does marinated meats. Stopped by today and saw theses marinated leg quarters and decided to do some stuffed poblanos. Looks like they cut the quarters in half, making them thinner. 

Going to cook these guys up, make a stuffing and then bake the poblanos on the EGG until they are done. Should be good.

Update #1: chicken done, some of it pulled, mixture made, peppers stuffed, beer poured and peppers on the EGG
