I missed cooking a brisket this weekend but in our mind you can't go wrong with SRF. We're still working through what I bought last year at Labor Day and the BOGO. Not sure when I ordered these, but wow - amazing flavor!  Not as tender as a filet, but more flavor. Reverse sear with one chunk of oak, asparagus marinated in EVOO, balsamic, and minced garlic, with a salad with spinach and lettuce picked from the garden this afternoon. Good way to end a long weekend.
