Turbo Ribs and Spatchcock

i usually  smoke my ribs on my WSM.
i was lazy today and decided to try Turbo ribs ( St. Louis cut ) and a spatchcock. 
Parmesean potato wedges in the oven.  
I'll see how the ribs turn out -- I can always call dominos!
