First Pork Butt on my LBGE

I have only had my egg for a few weeks and this was my 4th cook, spatchcock chicken, ribs, steak were the first three. Anyway, I seasoned it with Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub and Wildtree Rodeo Rub. Popped it onto the egg and let it roll for about 9 hours at 240 avg.
I've done pork butts before on a UDS, but the wife and I agree it's the best I've produced.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
