Hey friends. Here is a cook I did a few days ago. 18$ total cost for 2# of ribeye galbi, easily 70$ at any restaurant

Very nice lookin grub there.
But is this not traditionally done with beef spare ribs flanken cut? I remember doing it once marinated with a pear along with other stuff and it was out of this world.
