Man this looks great. So...stupid question...can you buy udon noodles anywhere or is it like an Asian market score? Do you have to par-boil them?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I found the noodles at our local grocery store. They do tend to carry some hard to find items.
I cooked them as per the package, but pulled a tad early so they wouldn't fall apart when placed on the griddle and cooked more.------------------------------
