    As long as your guests enjoyed than you nailed it.  For the continuing record, I have hosed up so many flats.  A challenge to nail w/o a foil and liquid add in the run-up to the finish-line.   Always give a brisket a go, but if you can score a packer then you will be justly rewarded with that cook.   The window for success is much wider.  FWIW-
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
