How should I cook a hanger steak?

I have seen things about them from time to time, and my butcher had some so I grabbed one. Never done it before, any type of marinades or rubs, time and temp ect... Any advice would be appreciated.

Keep it simple. Good dry rub and cook hot and fast to your desired temp. One of my favorites

hanger, flank, flat iron, london broil are all very similar. cook hot/fast to desired temp. I typically cook between 450-500.

I believe that cut is also called Arrachera in Mexico, used often on the North while grilling meat.
As @Markzzz this is best cooked hot and fast, S&P could do the job.
