turned out decent. 275 or so for about 5 hours. Used Trader Joe's coffee rub.

    First up-Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey.  Above all, have fun.
    Gotta admit you must have some off-the-chart expectations if those are "decent".  Definitely meets the brisket on a stick criteria and that is a home-run for me.  Great cook and result.

    I appreciate the feedback. I have been a long time lurker here, lol. Usually the food doesn't last long enough to snap a pic. They were done a bit early a dried out a tad. FTC helped a bit but I think I held the for too long. Next time will run them a tad lower temp and see what works best. I am always my worst critic, haha
