OT - Hawaiian Bratwurst Smashburger on the BS

We were busy today getting home late in the afternoon.  I decided to break out the BS.  We like making Hawaiian Bratwurst Burgers.  So this time we went with the smashburger technique.  We had the ingredients so they were ready in a jiffy.  The cheese we had on hand was muenster & gouda.  Photos to follow.
