Pulled Pork Sweet Potato Pancakes

The ladies all have some wedding thing to do on Sunday so they wanted Mothers Day brunch tonight. 

I made some carmalized cayenne pecans, pulled pork, Blues Hog BBQ sauce, bacon crumbles, fried eggs, and sweet potato pancakes with syrup. 

Put it all together and BAM! Brinner. (Full disclosure I stole the idea from a similar dish at

"Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."
